Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from any signs of wear or makeup marks.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our team inspects the items.
